Food was great my only problem they served the end of the bag of chips which they should never do that unless children of 4/ 5 yrs of age are at the table which there was not but yes the food was great

Happy Birthday my husband Jim turned 80. We had Margaret, 7, Jolene turned 3 Joan 42 and I turn 77. They gave us hats, desert and sang. It was great! Vegetarian options: You can put your veggies dish as you wish. Perfect! Parking: Lots of parking in the lot. Very safe Kid-friendliness: The kids had a great time, all 4 of them and 6 adults.

Rancho Grande is a really great Mexican restaurant. One of the tops for sure in the area starts from the beginning with the decor and vibe. Then goes to really big menu we ended up with a chimichanga and it's really amazing four meat burrito. The fillings were great the sauces were great, and the sides were great. Highly recommend.

It's taco Tuesday! I've been thinkin about tacos all day! We went to Rancho Grande today. It was dead - but probably normal for 4pm. Just like most authentic mexican restaurant it smells like bleach or cleaner of some sorts. The salsa was good. Way better than El Nopal! The chips were burnt and hard. The menu is huge lots to choose from. I asked the waiter if there was a taco Tuesday special and he looked at me like I was nuts and said no.Not very friendly - but whatever. I ordered rancho grande fajitas. It was very tasty! not very big for dinner price I think they gave me a lunch portion.

I had it delivered so I can't speak to the restaurant. The Pollo Azteca was very good. Very flavorful and loaded! The rice was very good, as were the beans. The chips were fresh and warm. My only negative is the salsa. It tasted like a tin can of tomatoes. Very "tin" tasting and no freshness whatsoever. No flavor, no spice. It was not good, and I threw it out.

The best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. I highly suggest the Dinner combo- get the shredded beef… but you really can’t go wrong with anything. The personnel and staff here are super friendly & helpful. Very attentive to our needs although it was a slow period of the day. We went on a Thursday afternoon between lunch and dinner hour. Took advantage of a coupon we had for Happy hour which started at 3 pm. And the Margarita special of $3.99 was from 3-6 pm. This Strawberry Margarita was amazingly concocted. The tequila was smooth and abundantly added to this cocktail. Very yummy taste. The food was steaming hot and really well prepared. I asked for my fajitas without bell pepper and they accommodated that request easily. I was happy to know they also carry the Coke Zero that I love. The only negative comments I could add would be suggest they give you more beans and guacamole. Barely enough to add to the 3 fajitas I made. There was however tons of meat ( enough to fill 5+ of their 6" tortillas. Also the tortilla chips they serve at the beginning are nothing to write home about. They were crisp but lacked flavor and salt. Not freshly made. Salsa very good. Not too hot. The overall dining area is very culturally decorated and they play Mexican music (a little too loud) as well as TVs on the walls. We will get back.

The food is good. Check your to go order before leaving though. The last three times I have gone there they have forgotten something (and then I had to leave my food and go back to pick up the missing item). The first time they caught it before I walked out. The second and third not so much. Mentioned I wasn't very pleased with having to eat cold food the second week in a row. They didn't seem to know what to do, or even offer me anything at all besides a quick sorry and waking away. Expected a bit more when I spend fifty bucks for two people to eat.

My husband and I eat here often, today he asked for hot salsa, our waiter, Jesus, upon seeing that my husband was from India, told us “I will make you some hot salsa myself”. He brought out a very hot salsa and it was wonderful. Such amazing and thoughtful service. We will ask for him again. I forgot to take a photo of the salsa, but here is the blinging margarita that lights up. It even came with Mango strips.

This restaurant is the absolute best when it comes to the quality of food, the friendliest servers who remember who you are and what your drink of choice is.(rainbow margarita). They work hard and you never see any of the younger workers on their phones or standing around. Every time I leave I always have a smile on my face, blame it the margarita or the wonderful service.

I travel extensively both domestic and international and very often eat Mexican food in my travels. This is an excellent restaurant and teh food was fresh and quality flavor. Service was great and the waiters practiced my spanish with me! I will be returning for sure.

there are 5-6 Mexican restaurants in the general area and this is one of them. the atmosphere is okay, the staff was nice and the food was better than some of the other mexican places.

I love Mexican restaurants and I love this place! To start, the salsa is tasty and and the chips are warm and crisp. The ingredients in every dish taste as if they are fresh off the vine. Their burritos are terrific and you can have whatever you want in them whether it is fish or chicken or beef. There is also a bar that seems more than adequately stocked. The staff are friendly and eager to please. As Always, Enjoy!

A group of us from senior swim class at Town and Country go to lunch at the various restaurants after class. This is one of our favorites. We come in with 10-12 ladies and they are always very accommodating. No wait and impeccable service. The food is huge portions and delicious. We frequently go home with enough for dinner that night or lunch the next day. Everything is amazing and the servers are a lot of fun. Give this place a try you won’t be disappointed!!

Typical Mexican cuisine, liked that the ground beef inside my burrito was actually seasoned unlike a lot of other Mexican restaurants where it's plain ground beef. Server failed to inform us that cheese sauce was an extra $2 when he asked if we wanted red or cheese sauce on our burritos and enchiladas. We were pretty stunned to see an extra $6 tacked onto our bill for the cheese. Other than that nice visit, very fast service

Got carry out for first time and it was fantastic! We really miss eating in. Food was still hot when we got home and the pitcher of margaritas was still cold (1/2 gallon not on take out menu). They are not stingy with the Shrimp (with rice) and it’s always perfectly cooked along with their chorizo (burrito Nortino). Their jalapeños can be hot though, so be warned. Our son also loves their kids fish meal, so it must be great! Best margaritas around!

Just ordered from this place via door-dash. Amazingly, the food was at my door about 25 minutes after I pressed the "place order" button. I ordered the shrimp cocktail which was cold, fresh, and very tasty. One of the best mexican shrimp cocktails that I have had in the area. It was also huge. I ordered a couple of hard beef tacos which were fine though I really think they need to up the spices in the ground beef. It was extremely under-spiced for taco meat. Finally, I ordered the enchilada verde and it was very tasty. They also included chips and salsa in the order. All in all it was a very good experience and I will undoubtedly order from Rancho Grande again.

Stopped in here for the first time at lunch. It's a really nice place. Warm, fresh chips and great salsa. The asado is great and very uniquely seasoned, possibly nutmeg. Sounds weird but tastes great. The portion was very small though, especially compared to the competing El Rio Grande in Newport.

What a wonderful local Mexican restaurant! Our server Omar was very kind and patient while explaining the menu! We come once a month to see David Wayne. He is a local country artist and brings a great energy to the restaurant! He kicks and dances like David Lee Roth! When David is singing the restaurant has specials on margaritas! If you want a "mom and pop" type place to eat sometime, here's a good place to eat for that -- they are ran by a family and I don't think that they're a chain.

I always enjoy coming to Rancho Grande because the staff is prompt, friendly, and frequently checks in on us. The complimentary chips and salsa alone are a part of my favorite sides. Everything is always hot and fresh. Alcohol is served here! Booths are comfortable and the tables are the perfect height.

Great value! Tips: Ask for hot homemade salsa (Casa salsa caliente por favor!) if you like it HOT. They serve Tall beer (Cerveza) on tap, which are full pints. Recommend Negra Modelo if you like it a bit dark and real smooth. Every Rancho Grande has a different menu! Check it out!

It was good. They sang happy birthday to me and gave me fried ice cream. I ordered Carnitas. Soooo yummy. The chips and cheese sauce were really good. The service was fast and they were friendly. I had a good time.

Very kind wait staff, clean and cozy atmosphere. The food comes out fast and hot, but not dry or overcooked. The chimichongas are fantastic as are the enchiladas and kids choices. Looking forward to returning.

Not really sure about the food. I enjoyed some beer with chips and salsa. It's a clean place and I would definitely go back!

Great standard Mexican food fare. My favorite is the delicious chicken chimichanga. Nice staff. Strong margaritas.
